It’s easy and simple to make.
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 114 g plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Put everything in a small blender.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- You can also strawberry jam, protein powder, ice and almond milk for further texture and taste
