Peanut Butter Smoothie

Peanut butter and jelly smoothie is a healthy substitute for tetra-pack juice and energy drinks.

Have a Glassful of it before your workout season as you will need carbs to boost up your energy.

It’s easy and simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 114 g plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method

  • Put everything in a small blender.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
  • You can also strawberry jam, protein powder, ice and almond milk for further texture and taste
