Detox Juice

Exercise without right food doesn’t make any sense so its important that you eat well when you opt for workout or any excercise

Detox Juice is one of those drinks that will help you to cleanse your organs.Try this juice half an hour before your exercise plan.

Ingredients that you need for making this juice are

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup apple juice (you use tetra pack juice available in the market )
  • 1 piece ginger


Peel and cut beetroot into long pieces. Cut apple into slices and remove the core if you are green apples to make the juice. Then peel the ginger.

Put glass or container under the nozzle of a juicer and turn it on.

Process beetroot, apple and ginger in a juicer.

Take the glass and add lemon and grapefruit juice . Add ice cubes if required
