Poha or Flattened rice (also called beaten rice) is the rice flattened into flat light dry flakes. These flakes of rice swell when added to liquid hot or cold as they absorb liquid. The thicknesses of these flakes vary between almost thin (the more expensive varieties) to nearly four times thicker than a normal rice grain.This is commonly known as poha in India.

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.I have used here honey instead of sugar and have crushed the cashew and walnuts.
