Mango is in the season so try this recipe before there is no mango left in the market.
This will surely be loved by your Kids.
- 50 gm butter
- 1 cup pureed mango
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 75 gm caster sugar
- 1 cup roasted oats
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Beat butter with sugar till fluffy and then add star anise powder, beat again.
In this mixture, add pureed mango and mix well. Now add roasted oats in the same bowl.
Sprinkle baking powder in the mixture and add fresh bread crumbs. Beat again all the ingredients to mix well.
Spread this mixture on a greased 8-inch dish. Sprinkle brown sugar on the dish and microwave for about 4 minutes without covering. Give 5 minutes of standing time.
Top it up with some chopped mango and topping of your choice!
