Pyaz Paratha-Bread Stuffed with Onion

Stuffed Paratha are quite common in Indian Homes as they include the veggies as well the spices which give sit the ultimate flavor.

I make this paratha whenever I am in lazy mood and I don’t feel like cooking 🙂 and the best part is if you have left over kneaded dough then your work becomes hell lot easier.

Its okay to get lazy sometimes !

So here goes my recipe

Ingredients

To make Paratha/Bread –Wheat flour dough

Method

Mix all the chopped ingredients in a mixing bowl. Also add the spices and salt

If you don’t have dough , knead the dough by adding some salt and oil in the wheat flour and let this rest for 15 minutes so that it becomes soft

.

Make medium size balls from the dough, make some space and put the filling in it

Close the balls and roll them into disc

Put this on tawa and cook from both sides by flipping

Apply butter/ghee on both sides and let it turn golden brown.Cook this on medium heat.

Grease this with more butter before you serve it.

You can also serve this with ketchup or pickle.
