This is my another version of Bhindi (Okra).
Make this Bhindi Fry with potatoes and serve hot with chappatis- It tastes amazing!
- Potatoes 2 no’s
- Bhindi 500 gm
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Dry spices Coriander, Red chili, turmeric and cumin powder 1 teaspoon each
- Salt to taste
- Refined oil
Wash and chop potatoes, onions, and bhindi
In a pan add oil, cumin seeds.when the seeds splutter add onions and let this turn pink
Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes till they become soft
Now add the bhindi and mix well.Cook this for 10 minutes
Add dry spices when bhindi becomes soft and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and cover this with lid for 5 more minutes
Mix well once again and top it up with pepper.
Your Potatoes Bhindi is ready to serve.
