Jaggery WheatFlour Muffin

This eggless muffin is one of the savoury addition to your Menu.The jaggery adds a tangy sweet flavour and golden brown colour to this muffin

Recipe Card:

Time – 50 minutes

Servings – Makes 4 muffins

Melt Butter and Jaggery and let this mixture cool down to room temperature

Add cream to this wet mixture and mix well

Dry Mixture – Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt (the wheat flour used here is double sieved)

Mix the wet and dry mixture, add milk to make a smooth consistency (start with teaspoons)

Grease the muffin moulds with butter and pour this mixture into the batter

Bake this for 25 minutes in a preheated oven

Serve this at room tempertaure
