This is one of the easiest chicken dishes that any beginner can try at home or someone one who is cooking for the first time Indian Chicken Curry at home. This uses lots of Indian Spices specially Garma Masala Powder and whole Garam Masala.I have marinated the chicken here overnight, the longer you marinate this, the better it tastes. This requires slow cooking and addition of spices should be in the right quantity to avoid bitterness.
